Inside Information:

Nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Lake Junaluska Assembly is a full service, year-round conference and retreat center. It is owned and operated by the Southeastern Jurisdiction of the United Methodist Church. Whether you come to attend church-related programs, educational seminars, retreats, family reunions or vacations, Junaluska offers a wide range of lodging and conference facilities to accommodate groups from 5 to 2000.

Housing facilities include two hotels, lodges, and apartments, and most are handicapped accessible. Private cottages are available for rent by the week. Special arrangements can be made for banquets, receptions, and parties.

While staying with us, you are welcome to use the many recreational/leisure activities that are provided for our guests. A 200 acre lake is surrounded by 1200 acres of beautiful rolling hills and valleys. An 18 hole golf course on the grounds attracts many guests. In addition, there are many area attractions within a short drive from Junaluska.
