| Amenities
include a complimentary continental breakfast each morning, color cable television and a
private bath in each room. Nestled in a curve of the Beech Mountain Parkway, the Beech
Alpen complements its mountain setting with an old-world charm, which recalls the rustic
inns of Europe. In the winter, the Beech Alpen is part of a snow scene, with kids sledding
and building snowmen in the backyard. In the spring, the inn is a perfect hideaway to
spend a peaceful day or two. In the fall, the Beech Alpen is a warm mountain haven against
a backdrop of orange, yellow and red. In the summer, the inn is alive with flowers, and
the temperate weather draws guests outside for a game of horseshoes, a nap in the hammock
or a conversation on the patio. |
| General Information: |
Great room: Every ski lodge ought to have a perfect spot to curl up
with a book, catch up with friends after a day on the slopes, or start a game of Monopoly.
Our great room features a large stone fireplace, a game table and lots of comfortable
seating. When you're finished conquering the mountain, come warm up by the fire with a cup
of coffee or cocoa.
Guest room: The guest rooms at Top of the Beech all have two
double beds, a small table with chairs, color cable television and a private bath with a
tub and shower. Redecorated in the summer of 1999, our rooms now have a cheerful, vivid
color scheme with bright quilts and pillow shams. Many of the rooms have a view of the ski
slopes.
Conference room: Our newly renovated conference room can accomodate up to
fifty people. Located downstairs from the rooms and lobby of the inn, this secluded
setting is ideal for business meetings, youth group fellowships and company retreats.
Jordan's Restaurant: Fine dinning, located in The Inns of Beech Mountain.
